FERN KERSHON is the principal of Call Back, a media company with a dual focus: marketing and advertising as well as film and theater production, representing Ferns passions and experience.

An experienced media strategist specializing in start-ups and emerging businesses, Fern has a proven track record of launching and supporting successful initiatives. Shes a seasoned negotiator with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of media buying, planning and selling, providing 360-degree knowledge to her clients, assuring best rates, positioning and impact of overall media spend. She has access to an exhaustive and influential network of U.S. media brands and executives, which support proprietary rate opportunities in leading magazines, a large database of available, out-of-home inventory, unique internet buying resources as well as comprehensive TV, radio and newspaper buying affiliations.

In theater, Fern worked as Associate Producer on the Lucille Lortel Award-winning Off-Broadway production of Shakespeare’s ROMEO & JULIET (1998) and produced HEART OF THE CITY (2009) featuring Obie Award winner Marcia Jean Kurtz, and Oscar winner Melissa Leo.  Fern is co-producer of ONE FUNNY MOTHER, a hilarious one-woman show about motherhood starring comedian Dena Blizzard. Fern is currently developing a new off-Broadway musical called HOW TO MEET A MENSCH, based on her co-producing partner's book HOW TO MARRY A MENSCH. Fern is a graduate of the Commercial Theatre Institute.        

In her first film project, Fern Executive Produced PHOTO OP, a short film by writer/director Dave Solomon Starring: Randy Harrison, Aaron Lazar, Hannah Bos and Lucas Steele.                                                     

Photo Op is the Winner of: Dark Side Award - Art of Brooklyn Film Festival, Audience Award - SENE Film, Festival Award of Merit - Best Shorts Competition.
